The first 45-minute studio visit or video call is free. After we see the date, guest count, and venue, you get a proposal with a fixed fee — not an open tab.
Rates assume a Simcoe County or GTA wedding and a clear guest count. Multi-day events, destinations farther out, and weddings inside eight weeks are quoted after the intro. Hourly rate for small add-ons and extra meetings: $185. Rush (inside eight weeks) is +25%. HST is added where required.

How a full-planning fee is split
When we bill planning as a fixed fee, it is paid in phases so you are never paying for work we have not started. Work begins after you sign the proposal and pay 25% of the first phase (or 50% on day-of and elopement specials). Deposits, pauses, and refunds are in the refund & cancellation policy.

Timeline
Run-of-show, floor plan, and final guest count. Due 14 days before the date.
The day
