02 · Partial / month-of
You have vendors. We take the last eight weeks.
We audit what is booked, fill the gaps, write the timeline, and run the day. Best when the venue and caterer are already signed.

03 · Day-of coordination
Someone has to hold the vendors.
Rehearsal plus wedding day. We cue the ceremony, keep the kitchen on the clock, and close the room so you are not answering texts in a dress.

04 · Elopements
A small day that still has a plan.
City Hall, a garden, or a rooftop for under 30. We handle the license window, a photographer, and a table — not a scaled-down ballroom.

05 · Design & styling
The table is the ad.
Florals, linens, stationery direction, and a look that still works under a tent in June rain. We spec what a florist and a rental house can actually pull.

06 · Vendor sourcing
A short list, not a dump of saves.
Caterer, florist, photographer, band. We send two or three names with quotes, then book only after you sign off. Third-party fees are paid by you unless the proposal says we will pass them through at cost.

Hourly add-ons are $185. Extra planners on the day are $450 each. Rush (inside eight weeks of the wedding) is +25%. Deposits and refunds are in the refund & cancellation policy.
